The seminar was built around two key challenges that continue to shape today’s SAP security and governance landscape. 

Recent developments have made cybersecurity and digital risk a direct board responsibility rather than solely an IT concern. At the same time, GRC technology and enterprise risk management often lag behind, creating a “translation gap” between CISOs and other executives. Boards need business-oriented insights to make informed strategic and investment decisions, while CISOs require effective ways to demonstrate the value of security initiatives and SOC teams. The seminar explored practical approaches to bridging this gap. 

The second focus was the growing technology challenge. More than half of CIOs, CISOs and IT decision-makers report a strong need for enhanced SAP expertise. The increasing complexity of SAP technologies and the continued shift to the cloud make this knowledge more important than ever. During the seminar, our experts shared practical recommendations, implementation experiences and best practices to help organizations address these challenges.
