New Features Include: 

  • Enhanced Personalization Options: A unified entry point simplifies process and risk management, while personalized options cater to individual workflow preferences. Users can now further customize the single entry screen interface, adapting it to their specific roles and requirements. 
  • Adding Continuous Control Monitoring to Manual Control Performance: this feature adds a totally new use case for CCM framework and allows for a better and more integrated support of manual workflow-based activities in SAP Process Control 
  • Search Work Items: Simplified access to specific work items within audits. 
  • Cancel Work Items: Efficient workload management by canceling or rescheduling tasks. Important administrative activities for workflows can be done in front-end now. 
  • More integration with SAP Audit Management: supporting better evaluation of Business Processes in Audit Engagement: To improve audit efficiency, SAP Audit Management now allows customers to document the business processes in their organization and link them to their audits

SAP provides a customer influence program (along with other participation options) that allows SAP GRC customers to actively engage and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SAP GRC solutions. As an example, you can explore the outcomes of the recent SAP Process Control and Risk Management initiative, please visit: SAP Process Control and Risk Management Initiative Results which saw 66 qualified requests, with solutions provided for 29 of them. Significant part of improvements was submitted by Riscomp, – in alignment with and supported by many Customers.
