- Background Mode for Template Processing: Developed for Control Maintenance and User Maintenance Apps, this feature improves performance and supports handling large data volumes. In addition to ongoing maintenance, it also enables more efficient master data migration.
- Clipboard Functionality for Organizational Units: Allows you to use pre-defined custom selections more flexibly. Organizational Unit IDs can now be easily copied and pasted.
- New Risk Fields in Control Maintenance: Probability, Impact, and Risk Levels have been added to facilitate a more effective risk-based approach.
- User Maintenance App Enhancements: Supports manual control performance workflows where you can define performers for each step. This simplifies responsibilities assignment and increases transparency in MCP task allocation.
- Upcoming Feature – Role Assignment Highlighting: The app will highlight missing role assignments that could cause errors for in-scope workflows, helping you address these issues proactively before planning.
In this cycle, our focus is on showcasing new features and planning updates based on your feedback. We also aim to educate the SAP GRC community on the master data migration pathway, which will be particularly relevant with the upcoming SAP GRC 2026 release and SAP’s broader solution strategy.
