Based on close collaboration with SAP GRC customers, last year’s improvement cycle introduced several new capabilities designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and usability for large enterprise environments:
- Background processing for template downloads and uploads, enabling efficient handling of large SAP GRC frameworks with tens of thousands of control, users and references.
- Extended support for risk-based approaches, including visibility of impact, probability, and overall risk levels directly within templates
- New clipboard functionality for organizational units, simplifying recurring update cycles and mass maintenance activities
In 2026, we will continue to improve, following our standard cycle, with customer feedback driving further innovations. While supporting better integration between ICS and Risk Management remains a focus, we also see growing interest in how AI can further enhance SAP GRC’s value and improve collaboration across the three lines of defense.
